Features
Everything you need to stay on track — nothing you don’t.
A focused product surface: sessions for momentum, rules for enforcement, insights for honesty.
Focus sessions that respect your rhythm
Set focus length, breaks, and cycles before you start. The timer holds the structure so you can stay in flow — not in settings.
Multiple focus rules
Block different apps on different schedules — weekday deep work, evening wind-down, weekend balance.
Screen Time, done right
On iPhone, Milo The Pup uses Apple’s Family Controls for real shields — not a timer you can ignore in two taps.
History & insights
See focus minutes, streaks, and week-over-week trends from your sessions — measurable progress without the guilt trip.
Home screen widget
Glanceable focus status on your home screen — gentle accountability without opening the app every hour.
Warm, not preachy
Encouragement over shame. Small wins add up — because consistency beats perfection.
Privacy-first design
Your rules and session summaries stay on your device where possible — built to protect your attention, not monetize it.
How it works
Three calm steps to a calmer day.
Connect & choose apps
Grant Screen Time access on iPhone or pick apps on Android. Select what actually pulls you off track — feeds, games, whatever it is for you.
Set rules or start a session
Use templates for deep work, sleep guard, or custom schedules. Or tap a quick focus session when you only need twenty-five clean minutes.
Let the system hold the line
Focus sessions block selected apps while the timer runs on iPhone and Android. Scheduled rules apply on iPhone when Milo The Pup refreshes the schedule — open the app near start and end times for the most reliable updates.
Focus rules
One app. Many contexts. Each with its own limits.
On iPhone, scheduled rules block apps when Milo The Pup applies the active window — deep work mornings, wind-down evenings, different weekend caps. Templates get you started; you stay in control. Android can create the same rules today, but automatic scheduled blocking remains iPhone-only.
- ✓Pick apps per rule — iOS categories now; Android saves packages for later scheduled enforcement
- ✓Name, schedule, and day rings (Mon–Sun)
- ✓Toggle rules on or off without rebuilding from scratch

Voices
Designed for real life, not ideal calendars.
I stopped negotiating with my phone at 9am. Deep work mornings are automatic now — rules do the work.
It feels like a coach, not a cop. My screen time dropped without the shame spiral.
Sleep guard alone was worth it. Late-night scrolling used to wreck my mornings — now the apps just aren’t there after 10.
FAQ
Straight answers.
Does Milo The Pup read my messages or browsing history?+
No. Milo The Pup is built around system-level app limits and on-device summaries where possible. We don’t monetize your attention data — we help you protect it.
Do I need Screen Time on iPhone?+
Yes — Apple’s Screen Time and Family Controls are what make shields enforceable. You’ll see Apple’s system prompt when you connect; you stay in control in iOS Settings.
What’s the difference between a session and a rule?+
A focus session is a timed block you start now — great for sprints. A rule is a recurring schedule that limits apps automatically (e.g. weekday mornings).
Is Android supported?+
Yes. The focus timer, rules UI, and app picker all work on Android — and blocking apps during a focus session is supported using Usage Access (plus optional Accessibility for faster detection). Scheduled rule enforcement is still iPhone-only today (Screen Time / Family Controls).
How do I cancel Milo The Pup Plus?+
Manage subscriptions in the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android) under your account subscriptions. Canceling stops renewal; you keep access until the current yearly period ends. Deleting the app does not cancel Plus.
