Milo The Pup

Milo The Pup is a focus app with a growing pup mascot. Use it to run focus sessions, block distracting apps, and track your progress.

What you can do

• Run a Focus session with a timer, breaks, and optional app blocking
• Create Focus rules for a repeating schedule
• Check Home for today's focus time, your daily goal, top apps, and Milo
• Add a home-screen widget (live session status when a focus block is running)
• On iPhone, see an active session on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island
• Review History and Insights from your Milo sessions

Milo The Pup Plus

Plus is a yearly subscription. After setup, you need Plus to use the app. Buy or restore it through the App Store or Google Play.

iPhone vs Android

• iPhone: Focus sessions and scheduled rules can block apps after you allow Screen Time access. Save a rule once so Milo can register the schedule with the system.
• Android: Focus sessions can block apps after you allow Usage Access. You can create scheduled rules, but they are not enforced automatically yet.

App blocking needs a real phone.
