On Android, Milo The Pup can block selected apps during a focus session.

Set up blocking

1. Open Milo The Pup Settings.
2. Tap Usage access and allow Milo The Pup.
3. Optional: turn on Accessibility for Milo The Pup. This helps detect app changes faster.
4. Return to Milo The Pup.
5. Start a session with at least one app selected.

When you open a blocked app, Milo shows a blocking screen until the focus period ends, you pause, or you stop the session.

Usage Access is also needed for Top apps today on Home.

Scheduled rules

You can create and save rules on Android. They are not enforced automatically yet. Scheduled blocking works on iPhone only.

Troubleshooting

1. Reopen Usage Access and confirm Milo The Pup is allowed.
2. Select at least one app for the session.
3. Try enabling Accessibility for Milo The Pup.
4. Return to Milo The Pup after changing permissions.
5. If blocking stops in the background, remove battery restrictions for Milo The Pup in your phone Settings.
