Home

Home gives you a quick view of:

• today's focus minutes;
• progress toward your daily goal;
• your most-used apps today;
• quick access to Focus sessions and Rules; and
• History, Insights, Help, and Settings.

Change your daily goal in Settings.

Top apps today

• iPhone: Allow Screen Time access. Apple displays the report on a real iPhone.
• Android: Allow Usage Access.

Add the widget

The Milo The Pup widget shows your focus streak and today's progress.

iPhone

1. Touch and hold an empty area on the Home Screen.
2. Tap Edit or the + button.
3. Search for Milo The Pup.
4. Choose a size and tap Add Widget.

Android

1. Touch and hold an empty area on the Home screen.
2. Tap Widgets.
3. Find Milo The Pup and drag it onto the Home screen.

The widget refreshes after your focus stats change. If it looks old, open Milo The Pup once and return to the Home screen.

Use Quick start on Home when you want to begin a preset session without changing every option.
