Common fixes

1. App blocking not working — check Screen Time access on iPhone or Usage Access on Android.
2. Notifications missing — allow notifications for Milo The Pup in phone Settings.
3. Purchase missing — open Milo The Pup Settings and tap Restore purchases.
4. Widget or session status out of date — open Milo The Pup once, then return to the Home screen. During an active session the widget should show a live countdown.
5. No Live Activity on iPhone — iOS 16.1+ required; allow notifications and turn on Live Activities for Milo The Pup in Settings.
